The SummaCare Advantage

SummaCare puts you in the driver's seat with your choice of seven comprehensive plans to fit a variety of budget and healthcare needs. Six of our seven Medicare Advantage plans include Part D prescription drug coverage (Part D prescription coverage is not available on Amber (HMO) plan). These plans offer $0 copays for Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 6 drugs when using your plan’s preferred pharmacies. You'll also enjoy $0 copays for preventive dental, preventive hearing and vision exams. Plus, SummaCare is the only Medicare Advantage plan with Delta Dental network coverage in the area.

Our provider network spans 33 northern Ohio counties and includes more than 26,000 providers and 80 hospitals, plus the added security of worldwide emergency and urgent care coverage. Our network includes hospitals like Cleveland Clinic, MetroHealth, University Hospitals, Summa Health, Aultman and more.
